WebPlatform Email Connector

Send WordPress and WooCommerce transactional email through your WebPlatform account.

What it does

  • Routes standard WordPress email and WooCommerce notifications through WebPlatform.
  • Synchronizes consented contacts and WooCommerce order information.
  • Provides a direct link to the Email Campaigns dashboard.

How to set it up

  1. Download the plugin from your WebPlatform plugin account.
  2. In WordPress, open Plugins, upload the ZIP, and activate it.
  3. Open Settings → WebPlatform Email and connect your WebPlatform account.
  4. Test the connection, then enable email delivery.
  5. Send a test message before relying on it for customer notifications.

Important notes

  • Disabling WebPlatform delivery returns WordPress to its normal email configuration.
  • Only contacts with the appropriate consent should be synchronized for campaigns.

WebPlatform Messaging Connector

Connect WordPress and WooCommerce notifications with WebPlatform Messaging.

What it does

  • Supports WooCommerce order notifications using approved message templates.
  • Adds an optional, unchecked customer consent field at checkout.
  • Synchronizes consented contacts and orders and opens the Messaging Campaigns dashboard.

How to set it up

  1. Download, upload, and activate the plugin in WordPress.
  2. Open Settings → WebPlatform Messaging and connect your WebPlatform account.
  3. Test the connection and confirm that your approved templates are available.
  4. Choose the WooCommerce order events that should send notifications.
  5. Place a test order with consent enabled and confirm delivery.

Important notes

  • Customers must explicitly agree to receive marketing or messaging communication.
  • Automated business-initiated messages may require approved templates.

WebPlatform Social Login

Offer convenient social sign-in for WordPress and WooCommerce customers.

What it does

  • Supports configured Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Apple sign-in providers.
  • Works with WordPress accounts and WooCommerce customer login.
  • Keeps provider availability under the website administrator’s control.

How to set it up

  1. Download, upload, and activate the plugin in WordPress.
  2. Open the plugin settings and enable only the providers you plan to offer.
  3. Complete the provider setup instructions shown in the settings screen.
  4. Test sign-in in a private browser window before publishing it to customers.

Important notes

  • Each social provider may require its own approved application and website details.
  • Keep the normal WordPress login available until social sign-in has been tested.

How to set it up

  1. Purchase the package, then download the ZIP and copy your activation key.
  2. Upload and activate the plugin in WordPress.
  3. Enter your activation key and activate the licensed website.
  4. Configure the payment option in WooCommerce settings.
  5. Run a low-value test order before accepting live payments.

Important notes

  • Payment availability depends on the merchant account and supported customer instrument.
  • Use My Plugins to download the package, retrieve the key, and download invoices.
